A: It doesn't matter! We can work with anything you send us (.psd, .jpg, .tiff, .gif, .pdf, .doc, .bmp, .ppt, etc.) although, we prefer 300 dpi in .psd format.

A: A flat rate of $5.99 for each order, no matter what quantity.

A: All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. It typically takes between 1-3 business days depending on your location. Orders are shipped from Grand Rapids, MI.
